Helen G. (Spanik) Karas

91, of Carrick, Passed away August 15, 2017. Born, August 3, 1926 beloved daughter to the late Andrew and Mary Spanik. Loving wife of Rudolph Karas Sr. whom passed in 2008. Loving and caring mother to Rudolph (Carol) Karas, Debra Karas and David Karas. Caring Grandmother of Sarah (Michael) Koerber.Sister to Joseph Spanik. Preceded in death by her siblings Mary, Irene, Olga, John, Michael, Emil, Elmer and Dolly.

Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services; 2935 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227. A pomen service will be held during the early visitation.

Service will be held 11 am., August 21, 2017 at Holy Trinity S.O. Cathedral.

Interment will be held at Holy Trinity Cemetery at St Sava.
