96, Passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2015. Born on October 19, 1918 daughter to the late James and Mary Parrish. Loving wife to Joseph Simmons who passed in 1970. Loving mother of Brian (Janice) Simmons and Mary (Tom) Zoglman. Grandmother of 8 and a great-grandmother of 18. Helen was preceded in death by a son Joseph Simmons and two daughters Susan Kuehne and Sylvia Wilkinson.

Friends will be received on  Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 pm at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services. 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA  15227.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at St Wendelin Catholic Church at 10.am.

Followed by interment in St. Wendelin Cemetery
