James T Beddard

91, Passed away peacefully on April 19. He was born on March 1, 1925 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to William and Mary Beddard. He is preceded in death by his 4 brothers, William, Edward, Richard and Leo and a sister Mary Catherine.

James spent his life in Pittsburgh where he married the love of his life, Margaret A. Beddard (Pillion). They were married for 65 years and raised four children together. Caring father to Sharon (John) Hess, Thomas Beaddard and Joseph (Christine) Beddard. Granddad of 7 and Great- Granddad of 4. James was preceded in death by his son James T. Beddard Jr. and daughter-in-law Christine Beddard.

James is a veteran of WWII and worked for Duquesne Light for 30 years. James enjoyed simple things in life- his family and friends which were abundant. You could always count on Jimas he was there for whoever needed him. He made friends wherever he went.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 6-9 pm at Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 11:30 am at St. Wendelin Catholic Church. Interment will follow with Military Honors at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
