Robert J. Hanlon

87, Left this world comfortable on June 20, 2016, Born December 20, 1928, the son to the late John and Marie Hanlon. Loving husband to Eleanor M. Catanzaro who passed in 1991. Caring father of Theresa “Terry” Link Hanlon. Proud grandfather to Susan Link and Steve Link. Great-Grandfather to Brandon. Preceded in death by two sons

Robert “Bobby” Hanlon and Robert Wayne Hanlon along with many friends and family.

Robert spent many years scouting, He worked for US Steel and sang in the Chorus. He was a member of St Sylvester’s Choir and enjoyed working with Brentwood EMT. Robert was also a member of The Knights of Columbus and Was a US Army veteran.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2016 from 9-11 am., 2-4 and 6-8 pm. at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227.

Service will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at the Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Saint Anne’s Cemetery in Castle Shannon with Full Military Honors
