James C. Falcione
95, Passed away peacefully on March 6, 2024. Born in Pittsburgh on January 1, 1929, beloved son to the late Carmen and Mary Falcione. Loving husband of 71 years to Sara (Sally) Hunter Falcione. Caring father of Sandra (James) Simler, Linda (the late Don) Born, James Falcione Jr., Deborah Falcione and Thomas (Gina) Falcione. Proud grandfather to Kellie, Patrick, Laura, Tara, James, Aidan, Jeff, Michael, Cubie, Emily, Jason, Matthew, Alyssa, Nicholas, Steven, Christopher, Shauna, Angela and Natalie. Great-grandfather to 23. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family members. Preceded in death by six siblings.

James was a devoted husband and father who enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a private pilot for over 60 years and received The Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award in recognition of his aviation skills, expertise and safety. He enjoyed the camaraderie of his fellow pilots and especially loved flying with them in formation over the Brentwood parade.

A Memorial Mass will be held 11 am. on March 27, 2024 at Triumph of the Holy Cross at St Thomas A Becket Catholic Parish. 

Interment will be held at The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
