79, Passed away peacefully surrounded with her family by her side on April 8, 2024. Born in Pittsburgh on August 11, 1944, beloved daughter to the late John and Cathryn Citro. Loving wife to the late Lawrence J. Kusan Jr. who passed in 2012. Caring mother to Lawrence (Corine) Kusan III. and Andrea Fedak (Dale). Proud Ga to Melody Nicole and Larry Kusan IV. Sister to Ted Citro and William Citro. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and her cat's Molly and Tanger. Preceded in death by her three siblings Dorothy, John and Frank.
Carol was an avid Pen's fan and was a breast cancer survivor. She recently celebrated 50 years at Whitehall Eat n Park #9. People who met Carol knew her as a spunky, feisty, full of life loving woman. Thats what 50 years at Eat n Park will do to you! She also enjoyed Crafting, Reading, Baking and most of all enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports.
Friends will be received on April 11, 2024 from 1-8 pm. at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services; 2935 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
A Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 12, 2024 at 11 am.
