70, of Bethel Park, passed away on May 19, 2018. Born in Pittsburgh on June 25, 1947. Cindy was the loving mother to Monica (Raymond Carter) Lewis-Carter. Caring grandmother to Eboni R. Carter, Shakeil A. (Julia) Carter and Tyrah L. Carter. Great-grandmother to Maddox and Zeke. Survived by sister Charmaine Jusevich and many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by best friend and partner John “Jack” Bova, siblings Bonni Kuehn, Beatrice Gulden, Maxine Louise Newmeyer, Dixie Swoager and Roy Johnson.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
