Dorothy J. (Sopoliga) Marcinowski

88, of Baldwin, passed away surrounded by her family on October 2, 2018. Born in Pittsburgh on February 20, 1930. Beloved daughter of the late James and Helen Sopoliga. Loving wife of the late Chester Marcinowski who passed in 1989. Loving and Caring mother of Paul J. Marcinowski, Christine (Robert) Bissell, Karen (Anthony) Hilko and Janice (Stuart) Evans. Proud grandmother of Meghan, Kendal, Matthew, Kayla, Jonathan, Mara, Dane and Jared. Great-grandmother of Ana, Michael, Nathaniel, Greysen, Makenna, Audra, Caleb, Gregory and Hudson. Sister to Evelyn Dobbs and the late Velma Sopoliga.

Dorothy was a kind and compassionate person who always put her family first and missed her loving husband dearly. Dorothy enjoyed cooking for her family and spending precious time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dorothy reminded her family daily that she loved them with all her heart.

A Memorial Mass will be held 10:30 am. Monday, October 8, 2018 at Holy Apostle Parish of St Wendelin CC

Interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery
