87, of Baldwin passed away on February 2, 2018. Born in Pittsburgh on April 7, 1930 beloved son to the late Joseph and Christina Schmitt. Loving husband to Shirley Martin Schmitt. Caring father to Joseph (Cheryl Diak) Schmitt and Thomas (Amy) Schmitt. Proud grandfather to Annie (Jude), Zachary and Christina. He was preceded in death by his siblings Joseph, Rosemarie, Leo, Edward and William.
Friends will be received on Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 1- 5 pm. at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services; 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227
A Funeral service will be held 10:30 am. Monday, February 5, 2018 at Holy Apostle Parish of St Wendelin Church
Interment will be held at St Wendelin Cemetery
