Helen (Johns) Bredl

Helen Alice Bredl was born on October 29, 1916 and passed on September 7, 2019, she was just shy of making her 103rd birthday. She has resided in West Park, Florida for the past 3 years and has lovingly been in the care of her daughter Joan. Helen was born and lived her entire life in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. She was very happily married for 72 years to Harry Bredl. They were blessed with two children, Joan and Ronnie as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Helen was a woman of determination and had a spark for life. She enjoyed dressing well, reading her paper, gardening (which was the only time she wore pants) and playing cards with her lady friends. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed waiting on people. She was charming and smart, she knew how to spot an opportunity. She was a lady who will be fondly remembered and sadly missed...
