66 of Mt Oliver, Passed away on December 11, 2021 Born in Pittsburgh on August 27, 1955 beloved son to the late Herbert and Mildred Parker. Loving father to John Parker Jr. Caring brother to Bobby Parker, Stephen Parker Sr., James (Lillian) Parker-Shuler, Carol (William) Parker-Chergi and Anthony Jefferson Green. Preceded in death by two brother Charles Parker and Herbert Parker Sr. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended loving family members.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 6-8 pm. A Memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm.
