65, of Brentwood, passed away on July 21, 2020. Born in Pittsburgh on October 5, 1954. Beloved son to the late Robert and Mary Voelker. Loving husband of 29 years to Fran Sroka Voelker. Caring father to Krystal Schricker. Step-father to Justin (Liz) Speicher. Also survived by his many loving siblings and one step-daughter in law Sara Speicher. Preceded in death by one step son Kenny Speicher
