Joseph John Zajch

58, of Evans City, passed away unexpectedly on August 3, 2018. Born in Pittsburgh on July 11, 1960 beloved son to the late Joseph and Verna Zajch. Loving brother to Elaine Strutt, Ken (Tanya) Zajch and Marilyn (Raymond Jr) Schnupp. Caring uncle to Dwayne Strutt, Brandon Schnupp and Stephanie Schnupp. Preceded in death by one sister Patricia Zajch and one nephew William Strutt.

Joseph proudly served in the United States Marine Corp for 23 years. He earned the rank of 1st sergeant and served in Kuwait where he earned numerous metals. He was currently employed by the United States Postal Service.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, from 2 – 9 pm at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services; 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227

A Funeral service will be held at 10:30am. Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Holy Apostle Parish of St Wendelin Church.

Interment will be held at The National Cemetery of The Alleghenies with full military honors.
