Mary C. (Heckmann) Guckes

77, passed away on July 13, 2023. Born in Pittsburgh on December 3, 1945 beloved daughter to the late Frank and Regina Heckman. Loving wife to the late David W. Guckes. Caring mother to Juliann (Robert) Ravas and Jamie Guckes Willis. Proud Grandmother to Jemma Mary (Derek May) Willis, Chad Gregory Ravas and Katelyn Mary Ravas. Sister to Patricia Crowley, Francis E. Heckmann, Barbara Kolas, Anna Mary Lynch, Angie (Jim) Bruner, Robert Heckmann and Cecilia Anderson. Preceded in death by one daughter Amy Anne Guckes, one son Chad David Guckes, two sisters Joyce Rocco, Judy Heckmann and one brother Eugene Heckmann. Also surivied by many loving extended family members.

Mary loved taking care of her grandkids and volunteering at their schools. A special thank you to Evelyn and Lema for their loving care over the past three years. 

Friends will be received on July 19, 2023 from 2-4 7-9 pm. at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services; 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 am. On July 20, 2023 at Blessed Trinity Parish of St Albert the great Church.

Interment will be at St Wendelin Cemetery
