61, of Bethel Park, passed away on February 13, 2022. Born in Pittsburgh on January 30, 1961. Beloved son to the late Arizona “Sissy” Carter. Loving husband of 25 years to Monica Lewis-Carter. Proud father to Eboni R. (James II) Williams, Shakeil A. (Julia) Carter and Tyrah L. Carter. Proud grandfather to Maddox, Zeke, Ava, Bryson, and Gianni. Step Grandfather to Destinee, Jameelah and James III. Brother to Catherine (Guy) Gray, Richard (Lydia) Carter, William “Tony” Carter, Steven Carter, Tracy (Rick) Middleton, Florence Carter and Gary Carter. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and numorous friends. Ray proudly served and was a US Army Veteran. He worked for Old Dominion Freight Lines where he earned the Million Mile Award. Raymond was a loving husband, father and grandfather and could always be seen taking care of his yard. Friends will be received on Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 10-12 am. at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services; 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227. Service will be held in PRIVATE due to covid.
