Ruth "Ruthy" Ann (Crites) Skrzydlewski

Ruthy, 94, surrounded by her family, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2021. Born in Pittsburgh on May 1, 1927. Beloved Daughter to the late Floyd and Francis Crites. Loving wife to the late Frank Nykiel and the late Bernard Skrzydlewski. Caring mother to Gerry Bielich. Proud grandmother to Julie “Julia LaPricia” (Donnie) Devlin, Brad (Peggy Mull) Bielich and Shana Bielich. Great-grandmother to Kaylin, April and Ashley and great-great-grandmother to 6. Beloved godmother to Cathy “Bootsie” Orchard and Laura Marshall. Preceded in death by one son Frank Nykiel and one brother John F. Crites. Also survived by many loving family members.

Friends will be received on Friday, July 16, 2021 from 1-6 pm. at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services; 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227

A Blessing service will be held at 6 pm. Friday, July 16, 2021 at the Funeral Home.

Interment will be held at St Adalbert’s Cemetery in PRIVATE.
