54, of Baldwin Boro, passed away on February 24, 2019. Born in Pittsburgh on January 30, 1965. Beloved son to Carmella Kelly and the late Nicholas Kelly. Loving husband to Deneen Wertelet Kelly. Caring father to Mallory Kelly and Stephen Kelly. Brother to Nicholas (Jane) Kelly and Pat (Chris) Treloar. Also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
