74, passed away on September 1, 2025. Born in Pittsburgh, PA son to the late Edward and Edith Otto. Caring brother to the late Robert E. Otto. Survived by one sister in law Diane Otto and many loving friends, case workers, Nurses, and extended family members.

A Memorial service will be planned at a late date at Allegheny Cemetery.
