68, Passed away peacefully on June 19, 2016. Born January 1, 1948, the daughter to the late Earl and Evelyn Simmons. Loving wife to Howard L. Guernsey. Caring mother to Kimberly (Bernie) Matuszak, Billy (Marie) Fraas and Laura Hunt. Proud Grandmother to Matthew (Jessica) Long, Amber Long, Cory Fraas, Colyn Fraas, Tyler Hunt, Cayla Fraas, Jessica Hunt and Raeanne (Michael Miles) Rusnic. Great-Grandmother to Erika Miles, Samantha Miles and Jamie Miles.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 4 - 6 pm with a  service at 6 pm. At the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227.

Interment will follow at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
