Anna (Baran) Hodowanec

88, Passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015. Born in Ukraine on March 5, 1927 beloved daughter to Theodor and Pelagia Baron .  Loving wife to the late Mykola Hodowanec whom passed in 1990. Caring mother to Lisa (Robert) Loy and Olga (James) Kaiser. Also survived by one sister in-law Sophie Hodowanec. Nephews Yaroslaw and Oleh (Motria) Hodowanec.Anna loved her church and especially loved making pyrohy for the church. She also enjoyed working in her garden planting flowers and vegetables.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 1, 2015 from 2 – 4 & 6 -8 pm at Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services. 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227. Liturgy of Parastas service will be held at 7 pm.

A Funeral of Devine Liturgy will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 2015 at St John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church
