58, Passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016. Born in Pittsburgh on March 27, 1957 beloved son to Elmer and Audrey Collins. Loving husband of 39 years to Susan Collins. Caring father to Stacy (Sean) Hoover, Patrick (Sherri) Collins, April (Joseph) Heidkamp and Ashley (Curt) Collins. Loving grandfather to Louis, Alyshia, Joseph, Haley, Amber, Ryan, Autumn, Ellisa, Caydence and new baby Aiden.

Also survived by one brother Kenneth (Lori) Collins and 10 Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by two siblings Patty Weber and Michael Collins.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 7, 2016 from 6 -8 pm with a prayer service at 7:30 pm. at Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services. 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227.

Interment will be held at Queen of Heaven Cemetery
