Beloved father of Edward Tyler, Katherine “Rainey” Hornak and Michelle Roseberry. Grandfather of Harlow Hornak. Brother of Jack, Pat (Paulette) Hornak, Cindy (Frank) Rose-Villa and the late Michael Hornak. Uncle of Jack, Julia and Dylan Rose.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 25, 2016, from 3-8 pm. A service will be held at 8pm at Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
