James P. Pastorius

70, of Carrick, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on the morning of Tuesday, January 24, 2017 surrounded by his three loving children and family. Born September 1, 1946 in Pittsburgh, the son to the late Joseph and Marie Pastorius. Loving father to James P. Pastorius, Christine J. (Peter) Seppi and Paul V. Pastorius. Proud grandfather to Albert Enzo and Luca James. Brother to Joseph (Flo) Pastorius, Marie (Richard) Barie and brother-in-law Jim Miller. He is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. Jim was preceded in death by his siblings Kathleen Miller and Michael Pastorius.

Jim was a proud owner and auto mechanic of a repair garage in Mt Oliver for many years. He was also a veteran of the Pennsylvania National Guard.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 4 - 8 pm at Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:30 am at Holy Apostles Parish at St Albert the Great.
